GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd staff celebrate 73rd Independence Day with gaiety

Shamshabad: The 73rd Independence Day of India was celebrated at GMR Hyderabad International Airport with great patriotic zeal and camaraderie. On the occasion, SGK Kishore, CEO, GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd.

(GHIAL), hoisted the national flag amidst the rendition of the National Anthem. In his address, SGK Kishore highlighted the sustained efforts of GHIAL and all its stakeholders towards passengers and also spoke about the expansion of the airport, which is all set to give a futuristic and tech-enabled seamless passenger experience.

He emphasised that passenger commitment combined with technology initiatives and operational excellence is always at the core of the organisation's functioning. He thanked CISF, regulatory agencies and all airport stakeholders for the support extended at all times. Sachin Badshah, IPS, DIG & Chief Airport Security Office (CASO), CISF, RGIA Airport, also graced the occasion.

CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) security personnel along with the ARFF (Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting) and RAXA security personnel presented the guard of honor to the distinguished guests. CISF Sniffer Dog Squad presented an interesting show highlighting the preparedness for security at the airport. Captivating weapon tactics and a mock drill to neutralize any terror attack were enacted by the Commandos of CISF Quick Response Team.
