Gujarati and Marwadi business leaders in South feted

Hyderabad: 'Inspiring Business Icons,' a unique platform networking leading businessmen from Gujarati and Marwadi community in the country, kicked off the South India edition of the coffee table book with an event featuring felicitation ceremony, interactive talks and networking from South Indian states' ripple makers. The event took place in association with Micro Labs, Bangalore, and GM Modular, Vijayawada, in the city on Monday.

Focussing on the theme, the event was graced by BJP MP Dr Satya Pal Singh, and B Venkatesham, Tourism Secretary, Telangana. Founder of 'Inspiring Business Icons' Narendra Kotak said Gujaratis and Marwadis play a pivotal role in the growth and development of any society. They have not only been instrumental in providing stability to family or an organisation but also have immensely contributed to the long-term growth of nations across the globe.

There have been many success stories of Gujarati, Marwadi business leaders in every field from politics to business to art and many more. "It is very important that we recognise their role in our lives, organisations and society as a whole," he stressed. This idea of facilitating their success and celebrating their achievements gave rise to 'Inspiring Business Icons.'

It is one of a kind felicitation event and a coffee table book series that honors leaders from all walks of life. The success story of every businessman is an inspiration and needs to be told. Through this platform, Creative Minds brings together the life stories of inspiring businessmen who have successfully taken over the challenge of surviving in the so-called challenging world, said Kotak.

"It was thrilling to see the audience moved to laughter, tears and even standing ovations," states Inspiring Business Icons director Vishal Gupta. "The diversity of ideas and stories presented on the stage created an experience that educated, inspired, and empowered all who were there. They will surely make ripples of positive change in our community," said Siddhanth Sonchhatra, another director of Inspiring Business Icons.

The event was organised to felicitate the achievements of 45 business leaders from across South India. Icons like Arvind Gupta, OPG Power, Chennai, Narendra Surana of Surana Group, Hyderabad, Ramesh Jain of GM Modular Vijayawada, Arvind Srimal of Fortune Arrt LED Hyderabad, Suresh Jain of Fybros Chennai, Gowtham Jain (VDS) of Sayar Motors Chennai, Vikram Mehta of Prakash Lights Hyderabad, Jignesh Doshi of Sri Gujarati Pragathi Samaj Hyderabad, Ramesh Patels of Stellar Hyderabad, Vinod Bung of Sri Bhavani Jewels Hyderabad, Anil Sethi of SPML Infra, Bangalore, were amongst those who were felicitated at the event.
