Heat waves continue
Hyderabad: The citizens are forced to stay indoors during the day due to the heat wave conditions in Hyderabad. Heat wave conditions continue to linger in the state at most regions recording maximum temperatures between 40 to 45 degree Celsius.
As per the weather data recorded by Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), the highest temperature has recorded to 42.5 degree Celsius at Qutbullapur in the Greater Hyderabad limits, which is the highest temperature for this year in Hyderabad.
According to India Meteorological Department (IMD), light to moderate rains is expected at isolated places across Telangana providing some relief following the severe heat wave conditions over the last four days. However, the overall temperatures are not likely to change as TSDPS mentioned that they are expected to be two to three degrees above normal at many places during the next three days.
