Hyderabad: 11 children rescued from human traffickers in LB Nagar

Around 11 children have been rescued from the human traffickers by the city police on Saturday. According to the police, the children were seen in a bus near the LB Nagar police station and suspected to be of the victims of human trafficking.
Rachakonda commissioner of police, Mahesh Bhagwat said that the district child protection unit has seen a bus at LB Nagar crossroads under LB Nagar police station limits and rescued the children who were trafficked to Hyderabad from Chhattisgarh. The children were shifted to Children's state home in Saidabad.
The police registered a case under relevant sections of IPC and are yet to arrest the traffickers. An investigation has been launched.
