Hyderabad:The Hitex International Convention Centre (HICC), venue of plenary for TRS party is going to be Pink on Monday all the way with thousands of party leaders and activists wearing pink coloured dress.

As many as 6,000 delegates will attend the event in pink clothes. They have been asked to reach the venue by 10 am and complete the registration process as per the constituency wise stalls. The plenary would start at 11 am.

Returning officer of president's election process M Sreenivas Reddy will be making an announcement on the election of K Chandrashekar Rao as the president. TRS Chief KCR would be hoisting the party flag and pay tributes to the martyrs. Party's general secretary K Keshava Rao will be giving his welcome address.

After the welcome address, the man of the moment, TRS chief, would be giving his speech. The party leaders will be taking up one resolution before lunch. The leaders will have a taste of 29 food items which includes chicken dum biryani, mutton curry, natu kodi pulusu, egg masala, boti Fry, paya, talakaya pulusu, bagara rice, mirchi ka salan and other items.

The party leaders will talk on various resolutions. Meeting ends with TRS chief KCR giving a speech.

Traffic diversion for today's TRS plenary

In view of the TRS plenary at Hitex, which is expected to witness heavy traffic movement on roads around the venue and surrounding areas, the Cyberabad Traffic Police have issued certain traffic restrictions.

Accordingly, traffic from Neeru's Emporium towards the Gachibowli Junction will be diverted at COD (Ayyappa Society, Madhapur) towards Durgam Cheruvu, Inorbit, ITC Kohinoor, Ikea, Bio-Diversity, Gachibowli and vice versa, avoiding the Cyber Towers junction.

Likewise, traffic from Miyapur, Kothaguda, Hafeezpet areas towards Hitec City, Cyber Towers, Jubilee Hills will be diverted towards Rolling Hills AIG Hospital, Ikea, Inorbit, Durgam Cheruvu road, avoiding the Cyber Towers junction. Officials said vehicles coming from RC Puram, Chandanagar towards the Madhapur and Gachibowli areas may be diverted towards BHEL, Nallagandla, HCU, IIIT, the Gachibowli Road, by avoiding the Allwyn – Kondapur road.

Movement of heavy vehicles will be regulated in the Madhapur zone for smooth movement of traffic during day time.

The police urged citizens to make note of the traffic advisory and use alternate routes to avoid inconvenience.
