Hyderabad: Rise in night temperatures

Hyderabad: There was an appreciable rise in night temperatures ranging from 2.1 to 4 degrees Celsius in telangana during the last 24 hours, ending at 8.30 am on Tuesday, as mainly low-level Easterlies/South Easterlies(winds) prevailed, the Met department bulletin said.

According to the bulletin, the night temperatures were below normal in one or two places in the State. The lowest min temp of 11.7 degrees Celsius was recorded in Adilabad.

The other night temperatures registered in the State were: Medak (13), Ramagundam (13.4), Nalgonda (14.4), Hakimpet (15), Dundigal (15.2), Nizamabad (15.7), Hanamkonda (16), Hyderabad (16.6), Bhadrachalam (17), Khammam (17.6) and Mahbubnagar (17.9).

The forecast said mainly dry weather is very likely to prevail over Telangana from January 15 to 18. No large change during the period January 19-21 is the weather outlook.
