Hydernagar: Call to realise Ambedkar's ideals
Hydernagar: The 70th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution was celebrated in the division under the auspices of the Hydernagar Ambedkar Association. Local corporator Janakirama Raju as the chief guest. He garlanded the statue of the architect of the constitution, and urged people to strive for furthering the ideals and aspirations of Ambedkar.
Raju described the Indian statute as the largest written legal statute in the world. He pledged to always strive for the development of Hydernagar division and offered to finance Ambedkar's statue.
The corporator urged the association to ensure installation of the statue in four months. Among those present at the function were Ward Members Srikanth, party leaders Damodar Reddy, Khadar, association president Sada Mahesh, members Sada Raju, Parwathalu, Srinivas, Balayya, Anjaneyulu, Narsimha, Sriramulu, Ramesh, Maruthi and Pramod Goud.
