K Chandrashekar Rao flayed for denying mantri post to Madigas

Tank Bund: Activists of MRPS staged protest at Dr Ambedkar statue at Tank Bund on Tuesday, condemning CM K Chandrashekar Rao for not providing ministerial berth to Madigas.

The protestors sat before the statue and raised slogans against the CM KCR.Speaking on the occasion, MRPS leader Konduru Raja Yellaiah accused TRS party of ignoring Madiga community.

He said that Madigas played a key role in Telangana agitation and even sacrificed their lives for the formation of the state, but the state government had not given a single ministerial berth to the community.

Condemning the CM's antagonistic attitude towards Madigas, he said that it was because of MRPS leader Manda Krishna Madiga's efforts, CM KCR escaped from an assassination attempt during the agitation.

He said that the CM had been deceiving all sections of people with his false promises. He demanded that the CM to allocate ministerial berth to the community and warned of severe consequences if it was not done. Madiga leaders Raju Madiga, Vijay Ramarao, Arun Kumar, Sujatha, Narsimhulu, Ramakrishna and others participated in the protest.
