Kishan says all should follow Nanak teachings

Nampally: Kishan Reddy, Minister of State for Home Affairs, Government of India, on Tuesday visited a photo exhibition organised by Regional Outreach Bureau, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Hyderabad, on the occasion of 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji at Exhibition Grounds, Nampally.

Kishan Reddy said that the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev are relevant even today. "Nanak preached that all human beings are equal and there is only one God. He believed hard and honest work and helping the needy are the paths to reach God.

Nanak exhorted people to love all and live in harmony," he added. The Minister congratulated the officials for organising the photo exhibition on the life of Guru Nanak and the religion of Sikhism.
