KTR exhorts teachers, doctors to win hearts

Begumpet: TRS working president KT Rama Rao is adopting an interesting strategy during his campaign for the council elections under the graduates quota as he is not only seeking votes but also giving the professionals a piece of advice on how they should pay back to society.

During a meeting with the doctors, KTR exhorted them to strive better and get accolades from people. When they pointed out that they were already overburdened, he said, "You are saying, you are doing service.

But this comment should come from the people because every day we get complaints from the patients that the hospitals are over charging and we make a request to you."

At meeting of teachers, the TRS leader also had some advice for the recognised school managements. He said that the government solved the issues of recognised school management association over road tax.

Waiver of municipal tax and electricity was also under consideration. He said that people sitting in the two front rows were only clapping but not the teachers. "They are not clapping because they are thinking what the benefit is for them.

The TRS leader said that associations generally come to governments during the election time and voting was a separate issue. "Nobody is innocent here; everyone knows that voting is individual. We also know that you will come for the meeting but vote for the candidate of your choice," said Rao.

The MAUD Minister has been stressing on increasing the voting percentage in the election. He has been asking the graduates to erase the slander that the educated sections do not come for voting.

"There is an assertion that educated people do not vote. There are holidays continuously and taking this as an advantage you should not venture out for tours. Come out to vote and overcome the slander," said Rao.
