Musheerabad: Lions organise rangoli contest

Musheerabad: Rangoli competitions were organised in Ambedkarnagar locality by Ramnagar Lions Club in the division to mark the Sankranti festival. Ramnagar Corporator V Srinivas Reddy was the chief guest.

Addressing the participants, he underlined the need for passing on the Telugu culture of Rangoli to the future generations. Reddy praised the women participants for displaying their hidden talents in preparing Rangoli designs. The corporator handed over the first three prizes to Lavanya, Sudha, Sindhu. The TRS activists Sampoorna, Kalpana, Satyanarayana, Moses, and Prakash were present.
