Malas mull massive protest in Delhi

Khairatabad: The president of Mala Mahanadu, Chennaiah said that the association was planning to start a movement to garner support from all groups to oppose SC categorisation at national level.

He was speaking at a press conference organised here at Ambedkar Spoorthi Bhavan on Friday. Chennaiah said that a massive protest "Hello Mala Chalo Delhi" would be held in New Delhi on December 8.

He said that they may continue to protest until end of Parliament sessions. He criticised BJP for indulging in vote politics and was favouring Madiga community to garner their votes. He urged various political parties and associations to support them in opposing any move by the government to categorise SCs.

Leaders of Mala Mahanadu Janga Srinivas, Agamaiah, Venkatesh, Ashok Rao, Pramod, Bhaskar and others participated in the press conference.
