Malgudi days by theatre artists

'XpressionZ Theater Group is playing RK Narayan's Malgudy Days stories at Lamakaan, Road No 1, Banjara Hills on June 1. A combination of simple honest and touching stories by RK Narayan.

It takes heart to understand Malgudi days, may it be the story of a watchman who has gone through enough in his life, guards the lake and the government office and his involvement in suicides or an actor trying to dodge death or a florist woman trying to understand the reason behind a businessman who often comes to the temple with his driver.

Each story takes you through a roller coaster of emotions. The flavour of the stories is only enhanced by the simplicity.
