May Day fete in Patancheru

Patancheru: May Day celebrations were organized on a grand scale in various colonies of the industrial area in Patancheru on Wednesday. As part of celebrations, workers took out huge rallies and organised meetings in several colonies of Jinnaram, Gummadidala, IDA Bolarum and IDA Pashamailaram.

The leaders called upon the workers to stay united to safeguard their rights and interests. The workers of various industries in the area assembled in their respective colonies and raised slogans for the unity of labour. CITU leaders Mallikarjun, Rajaiah, Nageshwar Rao and others also took part in the celebrations.
