Minimum temperature likely to drop by 3-4 degrees in Telangana in next 48 hrs: IMD

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said that the minimum temperature in Telangana is likely to drop by 3-4 degree Celsius than the normal range in the next 48 hours. In a bulletin, the weather department said that the mist or shallow fog is likely to occur at isolated places during the early hours in Telangana.

The IMD stated that dry weather is likely to occur in Telangana, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema regions in the next five days.

According to the Telangana State Development Planning Society (TSDPS), Ginnedari of Komarambheem Asifabad district recorded 6.8 degree Celsius of temperature, lowest in the state and the highest maximum temperature of 34.9 degree Celsius recorded at Kouthala of the same district. Meanwhile, the minimum temperature recorded in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits, Rajendranagar area of Rangareddy district recorded the minimum temperature of 11.1 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature was recorded at 31 degree Celsius at Maitrivanam.

The TSPDS said that dry weather is expected for next three days and the minimum temperatures will range between 13 degrees and 15 degrees while the maximum temperature are expected to be in the range of 28 degrees and 30 degrees.

The minimum temperatures are expected to be over Adilabad, Komarambheem Asifabad, Kamareddy, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Mancherial, Jagtial, Medak and Sangareddy districts.
