MLA Arekapudi Gandhi, Corporator Meka Ramesh begin 3.28-cr develop works at Miyapur

Miyapur: Legislator Legislator Arekapudi Gandhi and local Corporator Meka Ramesh on Wednesday launched several development works costing Rs 3.28 crore. The works launched by the MLA and the corporator include: CC roads in Krushinagar (Rs 19.9 lakh), in Satyanarayana Enclave (Rs 19.8 lakh) and Mayurinagar, Kendriya Vihar, besides storm water drain (Rs 19.5 lakh); re-construction of UGD pipeline in Visweswara Colony (Rs 16.5 lakh); CC roads in MA Nagar, Stalinnagar and Prashanthnagar (Rs 19 lakh), in Srisainagar and Indiranagar (Rs 39 lakh), in Lakshminagar (Rs 48.8 lakh), in FCI Nagar Colony (Rs 48 lakh), in New Colony (Rs 49.2 lakh) and in Srirangapuram Colony (Rs 49 lakh).

Gandhi promised to secure more funds for taking up development works. He pledged to strive for solving any problem faced by the residents and also for providing basic facilities. The MLA directed GHMC officials to ensure quality in the works so as to avoid any inconvenience to residents.

Among those present were DE Anand, AE Ramesh, Works Inspectors Vishwanath, Jagan, TRS leaders Uppalapati Srikanth, Srinivas Yadav, Gangadhar, Vidyasagar, Gopal, Middela Malla Reddy, Srinivas Goparaju, Pratap Reddy, Dayanand, Raju, Hanmanth, Guruvayya, Chandrika Prasad Goud and Varalakshmi.
