Mynampally Hanumantha Rao visits colonies, vows to resolve all issues
Malkajgiri: Mynampally Hanumantha Rao, the local MLA, said that he had been visiting every colony of the constituency with a goal of resolving all the public issues. On Thursday, the MLA visited Vinayak Nagar and Sri Sai Nagar, along with the local corporator Baddam Pushpalatha Reddy and GHMC officials, and undertook padayatra in the colonies to make himself aware of civic issues facing the colonies. He interacted with colony residents to know the issues in their colonies. Some residents took various issues such as drainage, drinking water and streetlight issues to the notice of the MLA.
Rao instructed GHMC officials not to compromise on sanitation and cleanliness. He asked them to resolve complaints regarding drinking water and drainage at the earliest. Delays in resolving small issues would not be tolerated, he warned officials. During his visit to Vinayak Nagar, the MLA inaugurated CC road works in the colony with at an estimated cost of Rs 14 lakh. He urged colony residents to contact him or the local corporator in case of any issue.
