Officials told to sensitise citizens on feedback queries
Hyderabad: The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) Commissioner M Dana Kishore on Wednesday instructed the officials to conduct awareness programmes at schools, colleges, public floating areas, transport hubs and market areas to spread the message about the citizen feedback questions, which will be asked in Swachh Survekshan survey.
In a press release issued from the GHMC Commissioner, he stated that after achieving top rank in the category of metropolitan cities in Swachh Survekshan 2019, the GHMC is gearing up to achieve a better rank in 2020.
In order to achieve a good rank in 2020, various programmes have to be conducted in the field, the commissioner said, and added that the GHMC is committed to encourage large-scale of citizens participating and to create awareness amongst all sections of the society.
This year, the service-level progress will be validated through 12 citizen feedback questions through outbound phone calls, as part of Swachh Survekshan League 2020, which will be conducted in two quarters by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA).
