Peddemul girl selected for district-level tourney

Peddemul: A local girl studying KGBV was selected for state-level volleyball competitions. K Susila, a Class 10 student, played for Peddemul zone in the Under-17 district-level competitions held in Bomraspet.

The event was organised by Volleyball Federation of old Rangareddy district. Speaking on the occasion, the zonal sports secretary Radhakrishna said the selected girl will participate in state-level competitions to be held on Friday and Saturday at Nirmal. School SO Rajeshwari, PET Gopika and parents Hanma Naik, Laxmibai expressed joy over the selection.
