People told not to buy unauthorised plots

Tandur: Municipal officials pulled down the illegal structures that had not taken proper permissions in survey number 143, here on Monday. Some real-estate businessmen laid illegal ventures and sold some plots to the public.

Municipal officials reached the spot with excavator and removed marking stones and other structures in the area. Speaking on the occasion, Commissioner Teja Reddy advised public not to buy plots in unauthorised layouts. Town planning officer Irshad, local councillor Neeraja Balreddy and others were present on the occasion.
