People told to segregate dry and wet wastes

Lingojiguda: LB Nagar Circle IV Deputy Commissioner Vijaya Krishna along with corporator Mudraboina Srinivas Rao inspected cleaning of Tapovan Colony Cheruvu (tank) and its surroundings on Sunday.

He said the tank would remain clean if garbage isn't littered in its surroundings. Srinivas Rao called upon residents to segregate dry and wet wastes before handing over to garbage collectors. "Waking track would be laid around the tank. Saplings would be planted and beautification of tank will be commenced." He added.

The colony association leaders A Indraji, Venkatesh, Anil, Ravi, Raju, Madhu, Ashok, Rama Rao, R Prakash, Rambabu, Helping Hands Humanity Foundation members Prasanth, Rakesh, Wazeed and others were present.
