Prof Jayashankar's 85th birth anniversary celebrated

BN Reddy Nagar: Prof Jayashankar's 85th birth anniversary was celebrated on a grand note at Mandal Parishad Primary School in Saheb Nagar on tuesday.

Local corporator Lakshmi Prasanna was the chief guest. She paid tributes to the legendary leader by garlanding his portrait. Later, she distributed notebooks to students.

School Head mistress Leela Rani, head master Radha Krishna Reddy, Vanasthalipuram TRS president Gaddam Mallesh Goud, LB Nagar TRS vice-president Nirmala Devi, ward members Ganga Shivashankar, Amarender Reddy, area members A Ravi, Saraswathi, teachers and others attended the programme.
