Rajnikanth discharged from apollo hospital in Hyderabad
Actor Rajnikanth who was admitted to Apollo Hospitals in Hyderabad after fluctuations in blood pressure has been discharged, the hospital said in a release.
It said that the actor's blood pressure has been stabilized and is feeling much better. He has been advised complete bed rest for a week. The doctors also asked him not to take part in any activities that may increase the risk of contracting COVID-19.
In the morning, the hospital said that the actor's health condition was stable and there was nothing alarming in his reports. Rajnikanth fell sick during the film shooting Annaatthe, a Tamil film produced under Sun Pictures production. The actor has been in Hyderabad since December 13.
It is learned that the actor will leave for Chennai later in the evening.
