Record hundi collections at Ujjaini Devasthanam

Secunderabad: Hundi collections in Ujjaini Mahakali Devasthanam touched a high point in Ashada Jathara. The hundi collection for 36 days touched Rs 53,21,540 in the year 2019, whereas, the hundi collection for 54 days recorded Rs 54,40,852 in 2018.

The hundi collections were counted in presence of K Sudhakar Reddy, the Hundials Opening Supervising Officer, under full security. Assistant Commissioner Annapurna and Executive Officer, Ravi Kumar, Inspector, Secunderabad-II, festival committee members, temple staff, police personnel of Mahankali police station and other dignitaries were present.
