Residents irked over illegal constructions

Kapra: Acting on a complaint by residents of Jai Jawan Colony stating that illegal construction has come up in the land belonging to park, Local corporator Pavani Reddy, MRO Nagamani, Kapra DC Dasarath, TPS Madhu Kumar and municipal staff visited the place on Wednesday.

They inspected the colony layout and found that there were 333 plots in the colony. The colony association members said that using fake documents the encroachers obtained permission for the building in the land bearing survey numbers 376 and 377/1 which belong to the park. They expressed worry stating that children wouldn't have place for recreation.

They urged the corporator and officials concerned to come to their aid. The colony association members Tirumalaiah, Mallikarjun Rao, Prasad Rao, Polraju Saheb were present.
