Residents urge Navata for new Underground drainage line

Chandanagar: Corporator Bobba Navata Reddy on Thursday undertook a tour of the Jawahar Colony in Chandanagar division following complaints from residents on drainage system here.
The residents informed the corporator that six-inch plastic pipeline was inadequate to tackle the drainage issue. They wanted new UGD line to be laid. The DE responded positively to the demand and assured that a new pipeline would be laid.
Inspector Jagdish, colony association president Shankar Reddy, Manne Satyanarayana, Vishnu Chary, Anant Rao, Madhava Rao and Anant Reddy were present on the occasion.
