Restore old pension system; Panchayat Raj Teachers Union

Pudur: Panchayat Raj Teachers Union (PRTU) released a poster here on Wednesday on the proposed 'Satyagaraha Deeksha' at district headquarters on September 1. The union leaders organised membership drive in the mandal.

The PRTU leaders demanded that the CPS (contributory pension system) should be replaced with the old pension system. They also demanded that assurances by the CM be implemented on unified rules.

District general secretary Amarnath, mandal president Anjilaiah, general secretary Narsimhulu, state secretaries Jahangir, Venumadhava Reddy, district executive members Mallesh, Nazim, Shivakumar, HMs Kalyani, Rahavendra Chary, mandal executive members Madhukar Reddy, Vijay, Mahender and others were present.
