Saleem to continue as Wakf Board Chairman

Nampally: The High Court on Thursday has dismissed the writ Petition filed by Sultan Quaan questioning the continuation of Wakf Board Chairman Mohammed Saleem, in view of completion of his term as MLC.

The judgement came in favor of the Chairman and that Mohammed Saleem would be continued as the Chairman of Wakf Board. Justice A Rajshekar Reddy pronounced the Judgment.

Senior Advocate D Prakash Reddy represented in the court on behalf of Mohammed Saleem and Advocate General were present on behalf of Government of Telangana and M A Majeed represented on behalf of Wakf Board.
