SCR GM inspects level crossing gates

Secunderabad: Gajanan Mallya, General Manager, SCR, undertook inspection to review safety aspects being observed at manned level crossing gates on Secunderabad – Bolarum – Medchal section on Saturday. He was accompanied by N Sitaram Prasad, Divisional Railway Manager, Hyderabad, and other senior officials.

Commencing his inspection, the General Manager reviewed the progress of road under bridge works at Lallaguda Level Crossing Gate and discussed plans for early completion with officials. He inspected all the manned level crossing gates at Malkajgiri, Safilguda, Bolarum, Gundla Pochampalli, Gowdavally and Medchal route.

On the occasion, Mallya interacted with gatemen and reviewed safety procedures being followed. He also inspected Station Manager's office at Bollarum Railway Station and Gundla Pochampalli Railway Station premises and discussed further developmental plans, passenger amenities etc., with officials.
