Sports day celebrated at Gosha Mahal Police Stadium

Goshamahal: MESCO Grades Group of School on Saturday celebrated the Sports Day 2019 at Gosha Mahal Police Stadium where the students of different age groups demonstrated their extracurricular and sports skills.

The Minority Affairs Advisor to Government of Telangana, A K Khan, exhorted the students to actively partake in sports while pursuing their academics, as a healthy body can keep the mind healthy.

On this occasion, Abid Ali Khan, who secured a bronze medal in Asian Shooting Championship (Junior), was felicitated for his achievement. Khan was accorded the guard of honour by the students. MESCO Secretary Dr Fakhruddin Mohammed also spoke. India's first overseas citizen to US Iftekhar Shareef and others were present.
