Storytelling as a parenting tool

Storywallahs, an organisation, will be conducting 'Storytelling- A parent tool' workshop at Lamakaan, Road No 1, Banjara Hills on April 14. Stories are wisdom disguised as entertainment. They are a great way to bond and connect with children.

As parents you may wonder why, how and what kind of stories should you tell to your children. This workshop will help you find answers to these questions.

The workshop will cover the following: Importance of telling stories; Telling a story well; How to select a story; Different ways of engaging through stories; How to foster a love for books among children; Open to parents, grandparents, teachers and anyone who works with children
