Strive for AIDS-free society: Eatala Rajender

Hyderabad: Health Minister Eatala Rajender has urged youth and voluntary organisations to strive for AIDS-free society. On Sunday, Eatala Rajender released a poster on the occasion of World AIDS day organised by Telangana Citizen Council.

He emphasised on the need to ensure that AIDS patients do not face any inconvenience during the treatment and that they should be treated without any prejudice. Youth need to be alert to prevent AIDS disease, he said.

The Minister congratulated AIDS Council state president Dr Raj Narayan Mudhiraj who had been creating awareness on AIDS for the last 30 years. Dr Raj Narayan, Professor Aktar Ali, Dr Hemnath Kumar, Dr Raviteja and others participated in the programme.
