Students told to be aware of road safety rules

Himayatnagar: Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar exhorted students to be aware of road safety norms. He was speaking here at an awareness programme on road safety to the students of St Paul's High School on Tuesday. Additional Traffic CP Anil Kumar, Traffic DCP Chauhan and other police officials attended the programme.

Stressing on awareness on road safety norms, Anjani Kumar said that bright future of the nation rests on the shoulders of students and they need to be aware of road safety norms. He explained various measures taken to transform Hyderabad city into a safe and secure city. A letter would be sent to all the school managements in the city to take measures to appoint a woman attender in every school bus to ensure safety of students.
