Students told to set lofty goals at Medipally Government School

Peerzadiguda: District Collector MV Reddy toured various places under the limits of Peerzadiguda municipality on Tuesday. Later, he took part in the 70th Constitution Day celebrations held at Medipally Government School.

He called upon students to set high goals for themselves and work hard towards achieving them. He asked them to follow in the footsteps of legendary leaders such as Ambedkar and Abdul Kalam. He directed mandal education officer and head-master to take steps to set up additional classrooms and other basic amenities.

MLC Katepalli Janardan Reddy, local leaders Jukka Venkat Reddy and Durga Dayakar Reddy came forward to do their part for the school development. The Collector distributed belts, ties and identity cards to students on the occasion. He appreciated NRI Mohan Babu for his gesture towards students. He also administered the Preamble of the Constitution of India to the gathering.
