Surya Yoga and Golden Lotus Meditation at Phoenix Arena

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Siddhanath Pratishthaan is organising a series of yoga sessions. This is an open and free session for all. What is HAMSA SURYA? Himalayan Nath Yogi, Yogiraj Yogiraj Siddhanath, is one of the foremost solar masters of the 20th century.

He has developed techniques best suited to the needs of modern man who is caught in rough and tumble of daily life. Yogiraj gives us three yogic techniques to master the mind, experience inner peace and heal our own selves.
