Telangana Formation Day celebrated
Kukatpally: Balajinagar division corporator Pannala Kavya Reddy hoisted the national flag and congratulated the people of Kukatpally on the occasion of Telangana State Formation Day, at Dhanalakhsmi Crossroads, KPHB Colony, on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, the corporator said that student martyrs and activists who participated in the movement during the agitation need to be remembered, without whose efforts and sacrifices the state formation would not have been possible.
At the same time, everyone should remember the role of the architect of the Indian constitution Dr BR Ambedkar, whose foresight to include provision for the formation of small states, helped in the formation of the new state.
Kavya Reddy wished people of the state achieve tremendous progress and lead prosperous and peaceful lives and be in forefront in the development of every sector.
