Telangana High Court stays court order to unseat TRS corporator
Kacheguda: Local TRS Corporator Yekkalakanna Chaitanya Yadav who has been unseated by the city civil court for having three children on Wednesday got relief after the Telangana High Court stayed the order.
She told the media in the party office here that BJP candidate Uma Ramesh Yadav had filed a false case against her unable to digest the development work taken up by her in the division. Yadav claimed that 'fake' evidence was presented in the City Civil Court to mislead it.
She expressed confidence of securing justice in the high court, while appealing to BJP leaders to cooperate with her in achieving development rather than wasting time going to the courts. The TRS leaders celebrated the stay order by bursting crackers.
