TRSKV releases agenda for HMWSSB polls

Musheerabad: In view of forthcoming union elections for Jalamandali employees which will be held on July 24, TRSKV, union affiliated to TRS party, released manifesto for Jalamandali employees here at the union office on Monday.

Speaking on the occasion, state president of TRSKV Rambabu Yadav said that Kaamgaar union which was elected as recognised union of Jalamandali five years ago has failed to address employees' issues.

He alleged that the president Satish Kumar gave priority to his selfish interests rather than working to address employees' problems. Employees had to undergo severe loss due to the egoistic attitude of the recognised union and lack of understanding over the employees' issues.

Speaking about the TRSKV manifesto, Ramesh Yadav said that the union would ensure that all the employees of Jalamandali were given health cards. The union, if elected, would see that employees get their salaries from treasury.

Union would work for providing employees get more promotional opportunities, he said. The union would strive to give vacant outsourcing jobs to employees' children. Measures would be taken to organized medical camps once in three months and provide better medical facilities to employees, he said. Washing allowance would be increased from Rs 150 to Rs 300, he said.

State general secretary of TRSKV P Narayana, union leaders K Raji Reddy, B Sudhakar, K Anand Reddy, MD Shakeel and others were present on the occasion.
