Two new suspected cases of coronavirus found in Hyderabad
Two people suspected of getting infected by Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) has been admitted to Gandhi Hospital on Sunday. Both of them were said to have returned to India from Wuhan City in China.
As many as 70 people who were admitted to Gandhi Hospital were tested negative for coronavirus. However, they are kept at the hospital in isolation ward for two more weeks. So far, 142 members have been kept in the isolation ward including those who were tested negative for the virus.
The patients are closely being monitored by a team from the Integrated Disease Surveillance Programme and will remain in the isolation ward for 28 days.
On Saturday, nine other suspected cases of coronavirus admitted to Gandhi Hospital were also tested negative for the virus.
