Ultra Marathon Run by AOC clocks 777km

Secunderabad: Ten runners from the Army Ordnance Corps (AOC) undertook an Ultra Marathon Run from Jabalpur to Secunderabad and covered a distance of 777 kilometers. Brigadier JJS Bhinder, Commandant, AOC Centre, the chief guest felicitated the team members with mementos for their success.

The marathon flagged off by Lieutenant General RKS Kushwaha, Commandant, College of Materials Management at Jabalpur on Mar 28, and the marathon concluded at AOC Centre, Secunderabad on Sunday. The marathon team was led by Colonel Sandeep Madan. The aim of this Ultra Marathon Run is to foster the spirit of adventure and fitness in the Indian Army.
