Vijayashanti blasts TRS govt over Inter results

Jubilee Hills: Congress leader and former MP Vijayashanti lambasted TRS government for its mishandling of Inter results and questioned the mode of selection of a private agency for conducting Inter exams. She was speaking at a press meet held here on Monday.

Speaking to media, she questioned how an inexperienced private agency was assigned with the responsibility of conducting Inter exams despite the state governor's report commenting against it.

Earlier, experts found that software glitch that occurred regarding exam fees was due to the inefficiency of Globerina and in spite of it the same agency was assigned with conduct of exam, she said. "Why did the state government appoint the same agency even after the adverse comments against it by experts?" she questioned.

Vijayashanti demanded that the state government come up with suitable answers to her questions. Referring to a similar attempt to cover up leakage of question papers by the state government, she alleged that the minister and officials were trying to cover up their mismanagement.

She said that students and parents had to under go severe mental stress due to the negligence of the state government and added that the parents and students would teach a lesson to the government for its misdeeds.
