Vocational teachers denounce sudden dismissals
Basheerbagh: Vocational teachers who were recruited into government schools through an agency in 2017 condemned sudden dismissal and demanded to reinstate into services. The teachers held a press conference here at Press Club on Monday.
Speaking to media, the teachers said that 188 teachers were recruited into government model schools as vocational teachers in 2017 and the recruitments were done by an agency named Indus Edutrain.
Teachers alleged that each one of them have paid Rs 2 lakh to the agency. They said that they were promised that their services would be regularised. The teachers were removed from the services suddenly after eight months.
Despite several representations to officials concerned, there was no response from them, they lamented. The teachers demanded the CM KCR to intervene in the matter and sought justice.
