BJP will win Khammam civic polls: Galla Satyanarayana
Khammam: BJP will win Khammam Municipal Corporation in the coming elections with majority seats, party district president Galla Satyanarayana confidently said at a press meet at the party office here on Wednesday.
After winning Dubbaka elections, the party is planning to contest all divisions and will get the Mayor post and will hoist BJP flag on Khammam Corporation, he stated.
Galla said people are welcoming the policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and opposing the TRS government, which failed to implement its poll promises. He appealed to the party leaders and activists to participate in more programmes in divisions and fight for public issues. He told the TRS leaders and Ministers to come for election campaigning after clearing all their promises division wise.
Galla informed that the Central government has spent nearly Rs 250 crore under Amrutha scheme.
BJP State president and MP Bandi Sanjay, Union Minister Kishan Reddy and MP D Aravind will visit Khammam town soon to support the party leaders for the coming corporation elections.
He condemned the suspension of TNGO leader and MPDO Elluri Srnivas Rao, who played a key role in the movement for separate Statehood.
