Khammam: BJP district president Galla Satyanarayana came down heavily on Transport Minter Puvvada Ajay Kumar and TRS leaders. Speaking to the media at party office here on Wednesday, he stated TRS leaders and Minister Ajay have no right to comment on party State chief and MP Bandi Sanjay Kumar. The ruling party leaders couldn't digest the huge following of the BJP, where graduate voters in large numbers had attended the party meetings in Khammam and Kothagudem, and making baseless comments on Bandi Sanjay and the BJP, he added.

Galla questioned Minster Ajay to tell truth to the people, whether he developed the district without the Central government funds. Vykuntadhamams, drinking water and roads were established under NREGS funds, which were released by the Centre, he added. He ridiculed that Minister Ajay had developed his Mamatha College surroundings only and his party leaders were boasting that Ajay has been developing entire Khammam town. 'People in the town know about the development done by the Minister.'

Condemning the comments of the TRS leaders, the BJP district chief alleged that both the Minister and his followers, who jumped several parties in the last few years, were criticising great and committed leader Sanjay. BJP will come to power in 2023, he added.

'Both GHMC and Dubbaka elections showed BJP's strength in the State. BJP MLC candidate G Premender Reddy will win with good majority in this election.' He said graduates know very well how the sitting TRS MLC candidate Palla Rajeswara Reddy worked for them and reminded that the students of Kakatiya University have stopped Palla Rajeswar Reddy in Warangal. This clearly shows the public response to the TRS candidate, added. Noted personality Yernani Rama Rao joining the party gave good strength to the party in the town.

BJP leaders CH Srinivas Rao, Pulleswara Rao, Eswar Rao and others attended the programme.
