Congress nominee Chinta begins poll campaign

Tirupati: Congress nominee for Tirupati Parliament seat Dr Chinta Mohan began his election campaign here on Wednesday. The senior Congress leader along with party leaders including State secretary K Pramila began his electioneering from the TTD head office here and covered many busy commercial areas including the main market in the city in his day-long campaign today.

Speaking on the occasion, Mohan asserted that Congress is the only party keen on welfare of the people irrespective of caste, creed, religion and region and lashed at BJP for its communal approach and failure to do anything in the last five years.
