Received first lessons in acting in Vizag: Pawan Kalyan

Vijayawada: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan revealed his association with his two contesting seats. He selected Gajuwaka of Visakhapatnam district and Bhimavaram of West Godavari district.

Pawan Kalyan said that he started learning lessons in acting in Visakha area. Expressing happiness, he said that he was again starting political career from the same area. He said that he became lover of Northern Andhra region when he was given training in acting. He now has several friends in the area. He said that the farmers of Gajuwaka area lost their lands for the Steel Plant establishment. However, they still did not get compensation.

He said that he observed problems of people of Gajuwaka area during his Porata Yatra. He said that he was motivated to contest from Gajuwaka after learning about the problems of local people. Explaining his connection with Bhimavaram, Pawan Kalyan said that he went to DNR College to write exams. But he left books there and started learning society from Bhimavaram, he added.

Bhimavaram is called a developed area. But the people are facing various challenges, he pointed out. The people of the town fought for a dumping yard but the problem is yet to be resolved.
