25 lakh houses built for poor: Minister Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao

Visakhapatnam: Tourism Minister Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao inaugurated the village secretariat and Anganwadi centre constructed at a cost of Rs 35 lakh in Bheemunipatnam constituency Anandapuram mandal here on Thursday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy doled out welfare schemes benefiting all sections of the poor without any disparity.

Recalling the rule of late Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, the Minister said 25 lakh houses were built for the poor. "The Chief Minister is following the footsteps of his father and is facilitating 30 lakh houses to the poor on December 25," the Minister reiterated. Constituency in-charge Muttamsetti Mahesh and YSRCP leaders participated in the event.
