Visakhapatnam: Dronamraju's contribution to Uttarandhra recalled

Visakhapatnam: YSRCP leaders paid rich tributes to former Minister Dronamraju Satyanarayana on the occasion of his 88th birth anniversary at a function organised at VMRDA Children's Theatre here on Saturday. Rajya Sabha member V Vijayasai Reddy hailed the efforts made by Satyanarayana for the development of Uttarandhra.

Tourism Minister M Srinivasa Rao, Visakhapatnam MP MVV Satyanarayana, MLAs Tippala Nagireddy, Karanam Dharmasri, Gudivada Amarnath, among others took part in the event. Late Dronamraju Srinivasa Rao's son Dronamraju Srivastava said the birth anniversary of his grandfather used to be celebrated in a grand manner every year by his father. It's the first time that he organised it after his father's untimely demise. Earlier, floral tributes were paid to Satyanarayana's statue at Siripuram.
