Government will support small-scale industries in rural areas: Husnabad MLA Voditela Satish Kumar
Husnabad: The government is ready to encourage and give support to the establishment of small-scale industries in the rural areas, said the Husnabad MLA, Voditela Satish Kumar.
MLA inaugurated Sri Veda non-woven bags industry, established by the women here, in Potharam (S) village of the Husnabad mandal in Karimnagar district on Saturday. He inspected the machinery which was installed for manufacturing of bags and observed the functioning and manufacturing process of non-woven cloth bags.
Speaking on this occasion, Satish Kumar appealed the people not to use plastic bags for protecting the environment and said that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and Telangana government is giving its full support for the establishment of small-scale industries in the rural areas.
With the establishment of small-scale industries in the rural areas, people will not only get employment opportunities but will also be able withstand by themselves economically, he added. Government will give subsidy if anyone will come forward for the establishment of small-scale industries in the rural areas, assured the MLA.
Satish Kumar later appreciated Mahila Samakhya leader Kanaka Tara, who initiated and established industries in the Potharam (S) village. Stating that it is a great thing to get an idea of manufacturing cloth bags and selling them to shopkeepers, to prevent usage of plastic for protecting the environment, he wished that Sri Veda non-woven industries must become successful in the upcoming days.
