Man held for raping 19-year-old woman in Nagpur

Mumbai: A man has allegedly raped a 19-year-old woman in Maharashtra. This crime has happened at Pardi area in Nagpur on January 21st but came into light after a slight delay.

Going into details, Yogilal (52) works as a supervisor at a local spinning mill. In the same mill, the victim, her bother, and other girls work as labourers.

On January 21th, the woman alone went to work as her bother, and other girls have left for their village. After completing the work, she alone returned to the room.

Taking advantage of her staying alone, Yogilal went into her room and raped her. Later, he attacked her with an iron rod and flew away from the spot.

Her brother, who arrived the next day, noticed her condition and immediately lodged the complaint with the police station. On the incident, the police registered a case, took the accused into their custody and investigating further.
